Corrections

• Added 'IsIncludingHidden' property to the 'ReportManufacturingOrderOperation' API command.  When set to true, deleted (hidden) operations can be reported on — for example, to correct quantities with a negative reporting.  'ExistingLocations' must be provided when using this property.  (153300)
• ReportDeliveries returned an error for parts with alloy cost/Mark-up when reporting delivery using a pick list. (160799)
