IsActiveForAuthorization Boolean Specifies whether the row is waiting for the signer to approve or decline it.

True when the row has been sent to the signer for authorization, has status None, and its purchase order has status PendingAuthorization.
CommentId Int64? The business key identifier of the authorization comment of the row.
Comment Comments The authorization comment of the row.
